Custom Metal Brackets Australia Fabricated Brackets & Mounting Solutions

We design and manufacture custom brackets, mounting plates and fixings for labels, signs, control panels, sensors and equipment across all industries — mining, solar, telecommunications, manufacturing, transport and more. Brackets are laser-cut, press-brake formed, CNC-machined or folded to your exact dimensions or CAD files, in stainless steel (316/304), galvanised or powder-coated steel, aluminium alloys and UV-stable engineering plastics. Finishes — passivation, powder coat, hot-dip galvanising, marine grade — are specified to suit corrosive, outdoor, high-temperature or wash-down environments. Prototypes ship in 3–10 business days, with small batch and production runs quoted per order.

Common Bracket Types

  • L-brackets, U-brackets, Z-brackets and heavy-duty angle supports
  • Used for structural reinforcement, shelving, framing and machinery mounts
  • Custom geometry available to exact dimensions or CAD models — no off-the-shelf compromises

Design & Ordering

Send us your CAD file or drawing, or work with our team to design a bracket from scratch. We quote based on material, finish and quantity, with fast turnaround on prototypes so you can test fit before committing to a production run.

Typical Applications

  • Solar farms: panel frame mounting rails, inverter and isolator brackets
  • Telecommunications: antenna and equipment mounting plates
  • Manufacturing: sensor mounts, control box brackets, safety sign holders
  • Mining & transport: vibration-resistant mounting for instruments and tags
  • Utilities & infrastructure: pole clamps, service panel brackets, wayfinding sign supports

Lead Times & Delivery

  • Prototype/sample: 3–10 business days (complexity-dependent)
  • Small batch: 1–3 weeks
  • Production runs: quoted per order size and finish — expedited manufacturing available
